These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases from our shop, including our live plants, infused oils, and other handmade products.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.:
1. Product Disclaimer: Products are handmade and naturally sourced. Because of this, variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur. Plants: Each plant is unique. Photos on the website are for reference only. Infused Oils: These are for external use only unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please perform a patch test before use and consult your healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment
2. Orders & Payment orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as listed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded immediately
3. Shipping Policy only ship select items. Please refer to each product listing to confirm if shipping is available. Processing time: 3–5 business days. Shipping available within the U.S. only. Tracking will be provided for shippable items. Live plants are sensitive to weather and shipping conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather-related damage once the item leaves our hands
4. Local Pickup products, especially live plants, are available for local pickup only. We’ll contact you after your order to coordinate a time and location. If you fail to pick up your item within the arranged timeframe, your order may be considered forfeited with no refund issued.
5. Returns & Refunds: Sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to assist.
6. Limitation of Liability purchasing from us, you agree to use our products responsibly and at your own risk. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse outcomes related to the use of our products. Always consult a professional before using any herbal product or essential oil, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
7. Intellectual Property content on this site, including product descriptions, photos, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of HB Sisters and may not be used or copied without permission.
8. Respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication. We never share or sell your information to third parties.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
